| NAE - the Network Allocation Engine - is still in use at Vodafone / TelstraCLEAR. It uses a Smallworld database to locate the new customer, trace the network to the exchange, find and reserve ports and equipment, build circuits and dispatch work orders - all thousands of times a day. | AMIS - the Asset Management Information System from the old Auckland City Council (before the Super City) was another major Smallworld development, tracking the life cycle of hundreds of thousands of council assets, valuing them, and was fully integrated with SAP. | Pathway Integration & LIMS was another major project for the old council. LIMS are generated automatically, integrating property data from Pathway, spatial data from Smallworld, and building a series of XML documents which are built into the PDF and emailed to the customer. | Data Translations - spatial data into and out of Smallworld, including the NGC gas network (Vector), electrical networks for UnitedNetworks, TrustPower, Vector, Horizon Energy, Waikato Energy Limited and Delta; parking restriction information (legal descriptions backed up by field checks) for Auckland City Council. | |
